About Ben Painter:

Ben Painter’s experience in the water systems/plumbing industry, began at the young age of sixteen. He worked his high school summers at Chemical Engineering, in northern Indiana, assembling a variety of water treatment products that were being marketed through the same industries. In 2007, while pursuing a business degree at Ivy Tech, Ben was under the employ of two high profile Indiana Wholesale Plumbing Supply Companies in the Indianapolis area giving him valuable distribution experience at multiple levels.
In 2010, Ben married his high school sweetheart, received his business degree and began his current employment with Flint & Walling as a District Manager with responsibilities in seven states. In 2014, Ben was promoted to Regional Manager encompassing nearly one third of the country. In 2018, Ben accepted the position of National Sales Manager for F&W as he begins his 8th year with the company.
Ben loves spending time with his wife Sarah, their three young children, Hudson, Myra and Cole. Attending school events, taking family trips and attending little league sports is a priority. You may also find Ben and his family making occasional road trips supporting their Cleveland Indians as 4th & 5th generation avid fans.
Ben has excellent leadership skills, relentless with perseverance, and leads by an example that he trusts his sales staff will follow. In addition to his selling skills, Ben has a keen eye for various strategies. Ben is an accomplished presenter and very comfortable making presentations for large groups of existing and potential customers in his effort to assist in the cultivation of new and existing business.
